Conor Ellis

Conor is a Partner and Head of Health at RLB, leading major health and social care assignments from strategic planning to operational commissioning and efficiency reviews, covering primary, community and particularly acute projects. His focus is on achieving sustainable healthcare delivery, matching investment to new ways of working.

Conor has 29 years’ experience in the health industry, including previous operational experience running clinical divisions, regional health initiatives and national studies. He has worked on more than 125 projects with a capital value of more than £13 billion worldwide including Tunbridge Wells, Clatterbridge Cancer Centre and Karolinska, Sweden.

Conor is also an approved DQI facilitator for healthcare reviewing practice and stage reviews. He is a member of the Association for Project Management, the Institute of Healthcare Managers and has a master’s in business administration. He has authored over 45 articles on healthcare and delivered conference talks in the UK and internationally.
