Colleen is a healthcare executive with over 30 years’ experience in healthcare, education, finance and not for profit industry. Her focus has included acute care nursing and management (obstetrics, surgery, medicine) as well as nursing education and primary care. She is a Patient Safety Trainer for the Patient Safety Education Program – Canada, has TeamSTEPPS® Master Trainer certification, and has additional training in the Kouzes and Posner Leadership Model.

Colleen most recently served as Clinical Director for the Camrose Primary Care Network working with patients, community stakeholders, healthcare and other professionals, to explore, establish and provide enhanced team-based primary care within the Patient’s Medical Home. This focus continues in her role as healthcare consultant for 143 HealthCARE Consulting Inc. where she works collaboratively to positively impact the health of Canadians.

Colleen is passionate about living life to the full which includes spending time with family and friends, biking, hiking, kayaking, gardening, and travelling.
