Georgina Whitham

Georgina is a Senior Health Consultant at RLB with experience covering a broad range of clinical services in acute, community and primary care; including several of the largest NHS organisations. She has also worked with NHS Innovation Accelerator fellows in the social enterprise sector.

Georgie graduated with a first in Management & Psychology, spending a year at UC San Diego. She furthered her understanding of the strategic and financial drivers of the health sector and technical knowledge of health economics and diffusion of innovation through an MSc in Health Management.

Georgie is a member of the Institute for Healthcare Management and specialises in data and analytics, including techniques such as activity/capacity model development, mapping and simulation. Using these alongside an understanding of Lean methodology, published datasets and best practice facilitates delivery of functional content that can drive the safe and efficient use of capacity, value for money and improved outcomes.
