Regina Reynolds has over 28 year of NICU nursing experience, serving in multiple roles including neonatal transport, supervisor, perinatal outreach educator, unit manager and director. She currently serves as the Director of Nursing for Nursery Services at Parkland Health & Hospital System. She is double board certified in neonatal intensive care nursing and nurse executive advanced. Ms. Reynolds has published in peer review journals and spoken at numerous local, state and national conferences in the U.S.
