Tony Burley
Tony is a UK qualified architect, having studied in London at Kingston University and The Bartlett School of Architecture, UCL. He joined IBI Group in 2012 and has held several roles including being the Managing Principal of the Los Angeles office and is currently the Managing Principal Buildings, UK.
He has extensive knowledge of international healthcare, research and mixed-use design, having led teams on major projects in the UK, US and throughout the Middle East.
The multiple perspectives from this broad experience provides Tony with a real understanding of the opportunities and challenges that face developers and end user clients alike, and fuels a passion for ongoing innovation in the built environment at the intersection of design and technology.
As an Urban Land Institute Health Leader and regular conference speaker Tony actively promotes the case for wellness through land use and public realm planning and is a fervent believer that better healthcare settings contribute to better healthcare outcomes.
